These terms govern the public OmaLeima website, contact forms, pilot enquiries, and other pre-contract information channels. The mobile app has separate app terms.
These terms apply to the public website at omaleima.fi and its Finnish and English pages, including informational content, contact forms, business applications, and pilot discussions. They do not replace the separate OmaLeima App Terms for signed-in mobile-app use or event participation.
The public website is provided by the Finnish sole trader identified above. Please keep these details for questions about the website or a submitted enquiry.
The website introduces OmaLeima, a digital stamp-pass and event-operations service for Finnish student events, QR checkpoints, reward progress, and organiser workflows.
The public website does not currently provide a consumer checkout or paid end-user subscription. A pilot, organiser, venue, or business relationship may require separate commercial terms, pricing, or a written agreement.
When you submit a contact or business-application form, you must provide information that is accurate enough for us to respond. The form may be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limits. Details about personal-data handling are in the Privacy Notice.
You are responsible for your device, connection, and the information you choose to submit. We may refuse or limit a request that creates a security, abuse, or legal risk.
The OmaLeima name, logo, software, website copy, visual materials, and other content belong to their respective rights holders. You may view and link to public content for ordinary personal or business evaluation. Any broader reproduction, commercial use, or adaptation requires permission unless the law provides otherwise.
We may correct, update, suspend, or remove public content for operational, security, legal, or product reasons. We aim to keep the website available, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every page will remain unchanged.
A website update does not by itself change a separate written pilot or commercial agreement. Material contractual changes are handled under the applicable agreement and mandatory law.
Public content is general information and may not be complete or suitable for every decision. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the public website or reliance on general information.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful under Finnish law.
Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Notice. If there is a conflict about personal-data handling, the Privacy Notice and applicable data-protection law govern that issue.
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights available under Finnish consumer or digital-service law.
